Payments & Cancellations – Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip may be non-refundable.

Liability – While we prioritize safety, Makana Transportation LLC is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Messaging Policy – By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates regarding your bookings (e.g., confirmations, driver details, service updates). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance.
